DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add as spice into dishes to enhance flavour and induce appetite.
Dissolve in warm water and drink as a herbal tea to prevent colds after getting rained on. If you’re prone to motion sickness, drink some ginger tea about half an hour before the journey to reduce nausea and dizziness.
Add some water to make a thin paste and heat up in a pan or oven for a few minutes. Apply the warm paste to the temples or joints to reduce headaches and joint pain.
